Can my order be refunded or exchanged?
Your item can be returned or exchanged if it is sent back within 7 working days via tracking. Please email us email@example.com if you have any questions/queries regarding your product. Sale items can only be exchanged.
How long will my order take to reach me?
All packages will be posted the next day after order has been made.
Ireland – 2-3 days working days
UK – 3-4 days working days
Rest of the world – 7-8 days working days
The timeline above is just a guideline. It all depends on the postal service. if there is any delay at all will be sure to contact you as soon as possible!
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us with any order queries and mistakes ASAP and we will be happy to help.
My Button and Bow Factory jewellery has broken, what can I do?
All of the Button and Bow Factory items are made with love and care, however sometimes on a rare occasion you may receive a piece that got through our tight quality control without us seeing. In this case we are happy to exchange or refund any faulty goods, please contact us for our policy on faulty items!
How much is shipping?
The good news is that our shipping is free worldwied for all orders. We want our customers to be able to buy as many pieces as they want and not have to worry about shipping cost. This is why we will send our Button and Bow packages anywhere for free by standard post. If you like tracking on your order please contact us for rates.
What do I do if I haven’t received my package?
Please contact us straight away to inform us. We will then contact An Post of any missing packages. All packages will be sent to the address we receive through Paypal. Please ensure that your address is correct on your paypal account and to us. We cannot give refunds or replace items that have been sent to the wrong address. This includes missing house numbers too.
